Little things scape in a song book

Yesterday, while it was raining cats and dogs outside, we were lying in a carpet listening to sweet and thunderous music.

Lately, through reading, Volcanos are strongly present in my imaginary. First it was Julio Verne's Journey to the Center of the Earth followed by Susan Sontag's The Volcano Lover.I started looking for famous volcanologists, vesuvio and sir william hamilton, explorers equipment, images of eruptions, geological terms, professor Lidenbrock's route and stops. Lava tongue.

Pumice is one volcanic rock, formed from lava that is full of gas. It's so light that it actually floats on water. Lava blocks can be found floating on oceans, large enough to carry small animals.
